Insurance [Optional]
The items will be shipped at your risk and without insurance. Please tell us when you want us to arrange insurance for you. The insurance cost we charge you then is 1% of the product value.

EU-buyers are required to have an EORI number. Obtaining one is usually free, fast and easy. You can enter your EORI number at the checkout. Especially UPS shipments to EU countries risk delays at customs when the EORI number is missing.
We also recommend sharing your VAT number with us, if available.
Buyers from some countries will pay no taxes or fewer taxes.

We don't accept returns of unwanted products. So please be sure about your order before placing it.
We don't get complaints about the quality that often.
We carefully inspect before delivery to ensure that no defects are missed.
But if you receive a defective product or we sent you the wrong product then we will solve it.
